shipping
The time of order processing is given on the shop’s website, next to a specific item. Usually it is between 1 and 5 working days. Due to specificity of products – handmade, also to order, the time frame might expand; it is always given before the order is finalized.
Polish orders
Orders are sent by FEDEX with a guarantee the item will be delivered on the next day between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. In case of models A to C, shipping costs 16 PLN (gross). In case of larger orders, method and price are set individually.
International orders
We fulfill orders with shipping to
- Region A (Austria, Germany, United Kingdom): shipping cost: 20 EUR, shipping time estimates: 2 – 5 business days.
- Region B (Taiwan, USA): shipping cost: 30 EUR, shipping time estimates: 7 – 14 business days.
